TERMS & CONDITIONS

MODIFICATIONS POLICY

Modifications to confirmed bookings may be made without charge up until 12 hours prior to scheduled service. Within the 12 hour "window", any / all modifications to confirmed bookings will be subject to a $20.00 administrative fee per modification (no exceptions).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations of confirmed bookings will be accepted without charge up until 12 hours prior to the start of the scheduled services. Within the 12 hour "window" all cancellations of confirmed bookings are chargeable at full fare + driver gratuity (no exceptions).

SCHEDULE OF SERVICE CHARGES

"No Show" Service Charge ($20.00 + being charged for the empty trip)
On any service where we greet a flight and guests "no show"

Instant Service Charge ($20.00)
On any service booked with less than 12 hours advance notice

AM Service Charge ($20.00)
On any service dispatched from base between midnight and 6:00AM

US Customs Arrival Charge ($25.00)
On any service where the guest(s) will be arriving through US Customs

Multiple Flight Charge ($20.00 for each additional flight)
When greeting guests arriving on more than one flight
